Terms and Conditions

As part of a limited-time promotion, first-time customers of American Independence Gold may qualify for a cash back reward based on the total amount of their qualifying precious metals purchase.

This offer is available exclusively to new customers who have not previously completed a precious metals transaction with American Independence Gold. To qualify, customers must complete a minimum qualifying purchase of $50,000 in either a physical precious metals transaction or a self-directed Precious Metals IRA established through an approved custodian.

Eligible purchases must be completed within the promotional period specified at the time of enrollment.

Cash Back Reward Structure

The cash back reward amount is determined by the total qualifying purchase value, as outlined below:

• $50,000 to $99,999.99 – $500 cash back

• $100,000 to $249,999.99 – $1,000 cash back

• $250,000 to $999,999.99 – $2,500 cash back

• $1,000,000 or more – up to $10,000 cash back

Cash back rewards are issued separately from the precious metals transaction and do not affect the purchase price, metal allocation, or account value.

Delivery of Cash Back

• For physical precious metals purchases, cash back may be issued via check, wire, or other approved method after the transaction is finalized.

• For Precious Metals IRA transactions, rewards are issued in a manner that complies with IRS regulations and custodial guidelines and may not be treated as a direct IRA contribution.

All IRA-related rewards are subject to custodial approval and applicable IRS rules.

Additional Terms

This offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated. American Independence Gold reserves the right to modify, substitute, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. Customers who complete qualifying purchases prior to any modification or termination remain eligible to receive their applicable cash back reward.
